Ringette March Break Boot Camp: March 14-18

Special 2011 March Break Ringette Boot Camp by Tom Rose. Places are limited. Many have already signed up, including players from Ajax.

Requirement: Must have played U16AA or U19AA

Location: Galt Arena Gardens in Cambridge, Ontario
Time: 8 am to 2 pm
Dates: Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 18

Schedule:

• 8-9 am: Warm up
• 9-10 am: Power skating
• 10-11 am: Drills - shooting, passing
• 11-12 noon: Scrimmage
• 12-1 pm: Light lunch + speaker
• 1-2 pm: Dryland

Limited to 30 skaters.

At least 2 goalies are needed for the drills and scrimmage. They can also participate in the lunch and dryland.

Cost: $300. Goalies are half price.

Tom has trained many provincial ringette championship teams including players from the 2011 U19AA St. Clements team that won gold this past weekend at the Ontario AA Provincials, undefeated through both round-robin and playoffs.

My daughter attended Tom's 3-on-3 summer program last year, loved it and definitely improved her skating. Yes, she's attending Tom's March Break camp.
